General conditions of the online shop www.lilijolie.com are formulated according to the Slovene Law of Customer Protection (ZVPot-UPB2) and are in line with the Slovene legislation. General conditions of the operating activities cover the functioning of the on-line shop, user’s rights and business relations between provider and buyer. Online shop www.lilijolie.com is managed by company Parsus d.o.o.

2. Prices

All prices in the online shop www.lilijolie.com are in euros (EUR) with tax included. The prices can change without a previous notification. Prices and discounts are valid at the time of the purchase. Special offers are limited on certain period and are highlighted in our online shop.

 

3. Import taxes, localised duties and VAT payments

For shipments outside of the EU, the seller (Lili Jolie) has to state the retail value of all goods contained in the shipment. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. The customer is considered the 'importer on record' and as such must comply with all laws and regulations, including import duties and tax, levied by the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

5. How to buy products at the online shop www.lilijolie.com?

To buy products from our online shop, you first need to select the product by putting it in to the shop cart and then you follow the instructions, which will lead you to the final payment. You can search products by different filters (size, brand, gender, heel height and product type). All products that are shown in our online shop are in stock. However, if a technical error occurs, it could happen that our stock is incorrect. In this case we will inform you about it and cancel your order without any financial consequences. When you find a product that suits your needs, click the button “Add to cart”. You can add more products to the cart. To remove the products from the shopping cart click the button “Remove” next to the product that you do not wish to buy. When you finish with selection of the products, click the button “Buy” next to your shopping cart.

 

6. In what period of time will I receive the ordered products?

We will do our best to deliver your ordered products as fast as possible, but no later than 10 workdays from the date of order for delivery to Slovenia and no later than 21 workdays for delivery to EU. On average, products will be delivered in 1-3 days for orders to Slovenia and Croatia, and in 3-7 days for orders to EU.

You will receive an e-mail notification with invoice and tracking number when your order will be shipped.

 

7. Delivery:

Your order is delivered by GLS or DHL (depending on the location). The costs of shipping depend on the destination:

  • Slovenia 5 €
  • Croatia 6 €
  • European Union (except Cyprus and Malta) 12 €
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway 25 €
  • Rest of the world - please send us an inquiry and we will send you an offer


Free delivery on EU orders (except Cyprus and Malta) over 150 €.



8. Payment terms:

Online shop www.lilijolie.com provides the following methods of payment:

  • credit, debit or payment card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • by direct payment to Parsus d.o.o. account (The offer is valid 3 days from the date of your order. If the amount of your order will not be settled within that time, your order will be canceled.)
  • at delivery (COD) - only for delivery addresses in Slovenia
 

9. How can I return the goods if I am not satisfied?

We will gladly accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of the date you receive your order. You can choose to return your item(s) for a refund back to your original payment method


Please follow the below steps for refunds:

  1. Fill out the return form you received in your package with your order information, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
  2. Send the item(s) to Parsus d.o.o., Brnčičeva 13/71, 1231 Ljubljana-Črnuče, Slovenia.
  3. We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel, but no later than 7 days after receiving the parcel. Please expect a refund within 14 days from when we process your return.


GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, and proof of postage is required in case the package is lost on its way back to Lili Jolie. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

Items must be tried on indoors and returned in their original and unused condition.

Items with normal wear & tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents may not be returned.

Any loss in value or damage caused to the return merchandise may result in our inability to process your return.

Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly to the original box will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.

We reserve the right to decline your refund request if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel, but no later than 7 days after receiving the parcel. After processing the refund, we will send you an e-mail notification. Please expect a refund within 14 days from when we process your return. The refund will be made to the account from which we received the payment. If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made exclusively to the card with which the purchase was made. The processing of the refund depends on the bank and its operating hours.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

We do not offer exchanges for any product purchased through our website. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund and make a new order for the item you desire.

 

BIRTHDAY PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Discount does not apply to items on sale and gift cards.
  • The promotion can only be used once per year on www.lilijolie.com
  • To get the promotion, you must enter your birthdate in LiliJolie database a certain amount of time before your birthday.
  • If you choose to return items purchased with this promotion, the promotion will not be reverted, and the promo code will not be reissued.
  • The promotion is not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases.
  • The promotion is valid as long as eligible items are available in stock.
  • Different promo codes cannot be combined, only one promo code can be applied.
  • The promotion can only be redeemed by the person to whom the email was sent to. Transferring rights and reselling are strictly prohibited.
  • Additional restrictions may apply.
  • LiliJolie reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time.
 

10. Is my personal data safe?

Your personal data that you will give us in order to buy products from our online shop is secured and no third party has the access to it. Our data protection policy is the following:

  • We always tell you how we will use the data that you insert on our web site. This data is never accessible to any third party.
  • Customer data is stored on a safe server to which only authorized persons have access.
  • Our customer data is never sold or rented to any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Lili Jolie online store does its best to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the articles, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the Lili Jolie online store does not manage to correct the information on the web pages in time. In such a case, the Lili Jolie online store will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item.

The Lili Jolie online store has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the OZ). A mistake in the essential properties of the article and all mistakes which are considered decisive according to the customs of the store or according to the customer's intention and which the Lili Jolie online store would not have confirmed or concluded a contract with, are considered to be an obvious error. This also includes obvious errors in pricing.
